Take tbsp ghee, add a pinch of heeng and sauté some garlic
Now add gm spinach, put salt to taste and let it cook for minutes. Spinach topping is ready
Take gm of Paneer and cut them into slices
Brush a tawa with some ghee and light toast the paneer slices
Place the paneer pieces in a baking dish, apply the Spinach topping, put oregano and chilli flakes and top it with gm grated mozzarella.
Bake at degrees for minutes till the cheese melts. Enjoy!!
