oil-10g

tomato-50g

mushroom-190g (button mushroom)

olives, jalapenos -15 g

paneer-50g

amul cheese slice-3 (2 may also suffice depending on your macros

Method

Step 1

wash the muhrooms and remove the stem by twisting them. scrape the inside of the mushroom to create space for the filling. keep the mushroom heads aside and cut the stems in smaller pieces to make for the filling

Step 2

for the filling in a pan take g oil, add onion, garlic and let it cook, add tomato and the finely chopped mushroom stems. add olives jalapenos, red mirchi powder, dhaniya powder, haldi and salt to taste. cook for about mins

Step 3

fill the mushroom heads with the filling. on a plate put g oil and place the stuffed mushrooms on it. place the plate in the airfrier and cook for mins at degrees

Step 4

for the sauce- melt the cheese, add grate paneer mixed with a little water and stir nicely white on the stove. add oregano and chilli flakes
