Chana dal - 50 grms
curd - 100 grms
oil - 5 grms
Ginger Garlic and green chillies paste - 2 teaspoon
salt, coriander leaves and curry leaves
Soak chana dal for - hours and then grid it finely. Make sure you do not add much water while griding it as the consistency should be thick to form a bowl out of it
Keep teaspoon of above paste aside. To the rest of the paste add salt, chopped coriander and teaspoon of ginger garlic chilllies paste and form small bowls
In a seperate bowl take curd, salt and chana dal paste (plain teaspoon kept aside ) and water and mix well
In a pan heat oil, add cumins seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for a minute then add the curd mixture
when the kadhi (curd mixture) starts boiling nicely then add your chana dal bowls to it. Make sure the kadhi is boiling property else your bowl will melt.
Cook for - minutes and serve hot
