Paneer(cottage cheese) - 100g
Capsicum -100g
Onion -25g
Tomatoes - 100g
Ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, coriander, turmeric powder,red chilli, pepper powder, spices
Butter - 10g

Sauté little onion, tomatoes, red chillies, with pinch of garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, spices in butter. Cool it and grind the mixture
Sauté remaining onions, capsicum in butter, keep it aside for sometime
Sauté paneer in butter and keep it aside for sometime
Heat pan, add butter, grind mixture and let it boil.
Add sautéd onions and capsicum to it and cook
Add paneer and coriander and cook till it’s thick
Kadai paneer is ready to eat👩🍳
