Chicken 200 grams
Raw Rice 70grams ( should be cooked with water 1:2 )
Ghee/coconut oil -8grams ( I use coconut oil)
Ginger and garlic finely chopped-2 tbsp
Small Onion - 1/4
Green chili - 1
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Garam masala -1/4 tbsp
Salt
Turmeric
Yogurt 1/4 tbsp
Black pepper 1 pinch
Bell pepper
Egg 1
Take a bowl add diced chicken and add yogurt, a pinch of salt and turmeric marinate until you make remaining get ready
Take a pan when heated add oil in to it and add chicken into it and Cook until chicken is well cooked and oozes out the oil. Then take the chicken in to a plate from the pan
Use the same pan add diced onion,chopped ginger and garlic, add salt, turmeric ( reminder: we already added in chicken so make sure you add a little in to this gravy)
Now add diced bell pepper and sort it for few minutes until everything well cooked
Now add chili garlic sauce,garam masala and sort it until entire mixture becomes dry and add egg, fried chicken
Sort it until the egg cooked well
Now add cooked rice and sort everything until each grain of rice mixed well with the gravy
The indi-Chinese chicken fried rice is ready to serve
