soak chickpeas overnight
boil chickpeas until cooked, takes whistles in a pressure cooker
Put in grinder and mix to get a fine paste- chickpeas, tsp curd, tbs olive oil, squeeze half lemon, salt to taste, cloves of garlic, half glass water
use part wheat flour and part maida to make small rotis. thats your pita bread. bake on pan/tava . no oil needed
garnish hummus with oregano and chilli flakes (optional). garnish pita bread with chia seeds (optional). you can drizzle olive oil over hummes, tastes yummmy but it will increase your calories
