3/4 cup whole wheat flour (aata)
2 tbps sea salt

Add water, tbps sugar and yeast in a bowl and whisk it before letting it sit for around minutes
Add all flours, salt and sugar to another bowl and mix them well
After yeast is sitting for around minutes, add it to the dry mix of flours and add olive oil. Knead it for around minutes, till it is smooth on outside and a little bit sticky
Cover the dough and let it rest for about minutes, until it doubles in size
Once the dough has risen, dust a flat surface with some flour and put your dough onto it
Now press it into a rough rectangular shape and cut it into equal sized pieces, using a knife or a pizza cutter or even a bench knife
