Ingredients

1 1/2 cup hot water

1 packet active yeast

2 tbps sugar

3 cup all purpose flour (maida)

3/4 cup whole wheat flour (aata)

2 tbps sea salt

1 tbps olive oil

Method

Step 1

Add water, tbps sugar and yeast in a bowl and whisk it before letting it sit for around minutes

Step 2

Add all flours, salt and sugar to another bowl and mix them well

Step 3

After yeast is sitting for around minutes, add it to the dry mix of flours and add olive oil. Knead it for around minutes, till it is smooth on outside and a little bit sticky

Step 4

Cover the dough and let it rest for about minutes, until it doubles in size

Step 5

Once the dough has risen, dust a flat surface with some flour and put your dough onto it

Step 6

Now press it into a rough rectangular shape and cut it into equal sized pieces, using a knife or a pizza cutter or even a bench knife

Step 7

Take piece and roll it out. The thinner, the better. Rest it for another mins

Step 8

While your dough is resting, add a pizza stone to you oven and preheat it at

Step 9

Now, put your rolled out dough onto the pizza stone and let it cook for around minutes per side

Step 10
