Serving Size: Ingredients Measurement: ) Vegetables: gm [ Tomato: gm, Onion: gm, Capsicum: gm ] ) Garlic Pods: - big ) Amul Cheese Cubes: . cubes ) Tomato Ketchup: tbsp ) Chilli Flakes: /tsp ) Pizza Mix Flakes: /tsp ) Salt: As per taste ) Butter/Oil/Ghee: gm Preparation: ) Dice the vegetables and keep aside. ) finally chop the garlic pods and keep aside. ) Use store bought chilli flakes or grind - red chilli in grinder until flakey. Procedure: (A)Making The Pizza Topping ) Heat gm of oil in a pan. ) Once the oil is heated, add chopped garlic. Let it turn golden brown. ) Add chopped onion and try until it turns light pink to golden brown. ) Add chopped capsicum and fry until it becomes soft from crunchy. ) Add chopped tomato and close the lid until the tomato becomes mushy. Tomato needs to cook well and it’s raw smell needs to go. ) Add pinch of salt. ) Add /tsp of chilly flakes. ) Add /tsp of oregano flakes/pizza mix flakes. *NOTE* I have used Pizza Mix Flakes in my recipe which is a mix of multiple herbs including oregano, basil and chilli flakes. You can easily find this in any super market. ) Add tsp of Tomato ketchup for the tangy and sweetness. ) Mix all the ingredients well. ) Taste and adjust the flavour according to your palate. (B) Making the Pizza ) Turn on the pan and let it heat up a bit. Make sure to always keep it on low flame. ) Keep the Half-Baked pizza base on the pan and let it turn golden brown on ONE SIDE ONLY. ) Remove the base and let’s start adding the toppings on the golden brown side of the base. ) Smear tsp of ketchup. ) Spread the pizza toppings throughout. ) Grate the cheese cubes on top of the toppings. ) I have grilled some Onion and Capsicum on the flame and placed it on top as a garnish along with some Jalapeños (Optional) ) If the pan is non-stick or too dry, smear small amount of oil with a Silicon brush. ) Place the pizza on the pan and close it with a lid. ) Cook the pizza on low flame until the cheese melts and the base it perfectly golden brown. Make sure to keep checking the base so that it doesn’t burn. ) Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the pan on to a plate. Now, sprinkle some chilli flakes and pizza mix/oregano on top and the pizza is ready to be served 😋
