white rice(60gm),moong yellow dal(50gm),spinach (220gm),nutrela soya granules (30gm),ghee, (10gm)tomato(60gm) and some basic spices like cumin , turmeric , asfoetida, salt ,coriander powder , garam masala , 1 chopped green chilli , 1/2inch ginger , curry leaves and coriander to garnish
soak dal and rice mixed in a bowl for minutes after washing few times, blanch and puree the palak in blender, also soak soya granules in warm water for min .now take a cooker add ghee and add cumin and asfoetida add the chopped tomato ,green chilli ,ginger and curry leaves cook for min till tomato is soft and now add palak puree cook for min and then add dal rice and squeezed granules of soya and add some water as palak has it's own water add all spices and take whistles. let pressure release by itself and its ready add chopped coriander in last for taste and aroma and serve with curd /green chutney/etc as you like. the quantity will serve people or you can have in lunch and dinner both you are sorted for day in minutes cooking .
