Chicken - 100 grams
Oats - 40 grams
Egg - 2
Oil - 5 Ml
Garlic cloves - 2-3
Green chilli - 1
Chicken stock - 1 cube
Salt, pepper to taste
Mushroom - 100 g
Tomato - 200 g
Coriander - finely chopped
Low calorie sweetner - 2 gram
Onion - 100 g
In a vessel take some oil, add finely chopped garlic & green chilli to it & let it cook for a minute. To this add the chopped tomatoes & onion & cook them until they soften. Once cooled, blend this mixture into a fine paste.
In another vessel add the oats, add water & let it boil on medium low heat for about mins.
Add the paste you made with the tomatoes to the vessel & add as much water as you need. Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, low calorie sweetner & chicken stock cube.
Boil the chicken with some salt, let it cool down, shred it & add it to the vessel.
The oats will thicken up the soup, beat the eggs & bring the soup to a boil, while stirring in circles (at a medium pace, not to fast not too slow) pour the egg into the soup slowly, little at a time, let the strands form.
Add freshly chopped coriander once the cooking is done. Enjoy a delicious bowl of the heartwarming soup & share it with your family.
