Wheat brown bread - 2 slices (60 gms)
Paneer - 50 gms
Capsicum - 20 gms
Green Chilli - 1
Ghee - 5 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander - one Tablespoon
Chat Masala - as per taste
Salt - as per taste
Grate Paneer and cut Capsicum, Green Chilli in very small pieces
Mix all three and add chopped Coriander, Chat Masala, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste and Ghee. Mix all things properly
Remove the hard sides / crusts of the bread and roll the breads with a belan to make them thinner (otherwise the bread are very fluffy, we want to make them flat)
Put the paneer mixture at the centre of the bread and roll along one of the edges to make a roll (tip: use some water on edges of bread to properly seal the rolls, you can also use toothpicks to seal the rolls so they do not open up in next step)
Preheat the oven at C and bake the bread-paneer rolls for minutes. Enjoy with Coriander chutney
