Ingredients

Large potato: 2 or 150 gm

Butter: 20 gm

Cheese cube: 1 or 25 gm

Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp

Garlic: 4-5

Chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves: 10 gm

Salt: To taste

Oregano: 1/2 tsp

Pizza seasoning: 1/2 tsp

Rosemary: 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Take butter and melt it. Now add in chilli powder, oregano, rosemary, pizza seasoning, salt, coriander leaves chopped and set aside.

Step 2

Take potatoes and wash them properly. Use potatoes with skin and make cuts in them, not deep cut through.

Step 3

Now line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 4

Place potatoes on a baking tray and apply butter mixture all over potato and stuff between layers too with the help of pastry brush or hand.

Step 5

Sprinkle salt on potatoes.

Step 6

Preheat oven at ub C for minutes.

Step 7

Bake for - minutes.

Step 8

Garnish with grated cheese, coriander leaves, chilli flakes on top.
