1) Paneer- 100gm 2) Potato-100gm (Boiled) 3) Veggies-200gm (blanched spinach, French beans, capsicum, gree peas) 4) Butter/Ghee -10gm 5)Bread crumbs-10gm (Homemade) 6) Onion 7) Dry spices (cumin, Red chili powder, garam masala, punch of turmeric, chaat masala, salt)
) In a pan add gm of butter, Cumin, chopped onion. Saute till translucent. ) Add Blanched spinach and other vegetables cook on high flame for minutes. ) Add dry spices, cook for - minutes. Now cool and grind it into coarse paste. ) Now mix the paste with Boiled smashed potatoes, Paneer. Add salt and chaat masala. ) Make a medium size kabab with it and coat with bread crumbs. Keep in fridge for minutes. ) Now fry them on non stick pan with remaining butter and enjoy delicious kabab.
