red chilli (dry)- 2
salt- to taste
onion- 1small
garlic- 4 cloves
brocolli- 100gms
Put the cloves of garlic, red chillis, vinegar and salt with tbsp water in a mixture and make a paste by grinding it
Saute onions till golden brown, add the paste made in step one and let it cook.
Add the broccoli and halloumi in the pan
Cook the broccoli in the pan with the sauce and using a side of the pan roast the halloumi till it's crispy brown (roast the halloumi from both sides)
Serve on plate as shown in picture and make youre friends jealous
