Rice paper sheet 1
Carrot 20g
French beans 20g
Zucchini 20g
Thyme
Salt
To make salsa:
Olive oil 10ml
Parsley
Coriander leaves
Jalpeno
Green chilli
Garlic crushed finely
Lemon juice 1tsp
Cut all the vegetables thinly and steam them al-dente. Garnish with salt and pepper.
Immerse rice paper in water and remove immediately. Put on a flat surface and keep a thin lettuce leave on it. Arrange all the vegetables on the leaf. Fold the sides and roll up the rice sheet till half. Roll till the filling is intact.
Drizzle with the green salsa.
Method for green salsa:
In a bowl take crushed garlic, olive oil and salt and pound well for a min until the olive oil gets the garlic flavor. Then add all finely chopped greens as mentioned and lemon juice. Mix well.
Drizzle this spicy salsa on the roll and serve.
