Chicken - 150 gm
Olive oil - 10ml
Spinach - 100gm
Onion- 10 gm
Garlic- 2 cloves
Rice - 45 gm
Optional -White pasta sauce (from store )- 10 ml
Salt -1 tsp
Pepper- 1 tbsp
Basil - 1 tsp
Chilly flakes- 1 tsp
) Defrost & wash chicken breast piece completely. With help of rolling pin ,flat the breast piece that’s help in grilling chicken better .Marinate chicken breast with salt and pepper .
)Heat the pan for minutes.Add ml of olive oil in the pan .Place the marinated chicken breast in the pan .Let one side cook for - minutes ,till you find nice golden brown grill strip on the pan ,once that done .Turn the chicken to other side and repeat it till it is cooked thoroughly. Press the chicken gently in Centre ,it will be soft & juicy.Remove the chicken and keep it aside .
)Take same pan add chopped onion and chopped garlic ,sautéed it for hardly few seconds ,add spinach leaves ,start mixing by sprinkling some water and add tbsp of white pasta sauce ,add salt and pepper to it .Mix well .Spinach is steamed and ready .Keep it aside.
)Take rice as per the above quantity and wash and cook it .Take same pan add cooked rice ,add basil herb,chili flakes ,salt and pepper .Basil flavored rice is ready to serve .
Serve hot chicken breast ,spinach and basil rice .
