Chicken breast - 400gms
Oil - 12ml
Soya sauce - 15ml
Red chilli sauce - 15ml
Honey - 30ml
Brown sugar - 15gm
Lemon juice - 20ml
Ginger grated - 5gm
Garlic grated - 5gm

Pat dry the chicken fillets and cut to make all flattish and uniformly thick. (about / inch)
Season the fillets with salt and crushed pepper on both sides and set aside for mins.
Grate ginger and garlic and add.
Mix soya sauce, red chilli sauce, honey, brown sugar, lemon juice and prepare the marinade.
Add the marinade to the seasoned chicken fillets. Mix it well to coat the fillets and set aside for mins.
Preheat the grill pan and brush it with oil.
Now place the chicken fillets side by side and grill it on medi heat for mins. Flip it and repeat on the other side for mins.
Baste the fillets with the remaining marinade and grill on both sides for mins on each side on low heat.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve on hot bed of herbed rice or noodles. Add sauteed vegetables.
