Chicken Breast (sliced) 120gms
Onion 50gms
Tomato / Cherry Tomato 100gms
Olive oil 10gms
Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Rosemary, Garlic
Parmesan / Other cheese - 15gms
Balsamic Sauce
Take chicken breasts and halve them to make fillets
Glaze the fillets with gms olive oil and then add Italian seasoning mix and garlic to it
Grill them fillets in a microwave or an OTG oven. You can also sear it in a pan.
Cook till the chicken fillets are golden and brown and then remove then to a pan
In a separate bowl mix the tomatoes, onion and Basil leaves together with salt and the leftover olive oil
Add the toppings to the chicken fillets and spread the cheese on top
Cover the pan with a lid to allow the cheese to melt
Serve hot and garnish with some Balsamic sauce
