Bitter gourd 200 grams
Onion 50 grams
Tomatoes 100 grams
Green chilli , ginger 1/2 inch and garlic 3-4 pcs
Salt and spices as per taste
Mustard oil 10 ml
Slightly Peel the outer skin of karela
Put a slit in centre from head to tail and leaves the other side intact. Scoop out the pulp as much possible
Now make paste of onion, ginger garlic , chilli and tomatoes and add salt , turmeric, garam masala and raw mango powder
Cook the paste without oil till dry (- minutes) Now cool down the paste and mix the scooped pulp in it.
Stuff the karelas and grill at degrees for minutes on top rack
Now heat oil in a pan , stir fry stuffed and grilled bitter gourd and serve hot with chapati or steamed rice
