Take washed and soaked green Moong Daal and add green chilli ,small piece of ginger, salt to taste and grind it to make a a thick paste.
For pizza sauce , Boil tomato for - min in water, Peel it and chop it into small pieces
Take small size onion and - garlic and chop them into fine pieces
Now in a hot pan add some oil, chopped onion, garlic, tomato ( from step ) , red chilli, oregano, Black pepper , salt and cook it for some time in medium flame
once it cools down, make a fine paste of the mixture and pizza sauce is ready
To make the pizza base, heat a pan in medium flame and to the green Moong Daal paste add / tsp of Eno and spread the paste on the pan
cover the pan with the lid and let it cook from one side for - min
once the side is cooked , flip the base and spread the pizza sauce on the base , add the cheese slice , paneer, onion slices, capsicum and other topings as per your choice
Bake the other side for - min in medium flame with covered lid . Check if the base is now crispy and thick .
And the Mini Pizza is ready..Serve it with Oregano and chilli flakes topings
