250gm chicken 60gm multigrain aata 10gm ghee 1 onion 1 tomato 2 green chilli 500gm spinach
Garlic cloves 4 Ginger garlic paste
Salt Crushed black pepper Cumin seeds Coriander powder Amchur powder Garam masala Kashmiri Lal mirch Vinegar
Cut the chicken breast into pices as desired. Then marinate it in salt , garam masala,vinegar,black pepper and Kashmiri chilli powder.For min yo hour .
Add ghee to a pan or wok . Add bay leaf and cumin seeds. Then add the chopped onion. Cook it till it looses it’s smell .
Then add marinated chicken to it and cook it .
Then add grinded spinach paste to the pan and add water. Then add coriander powder, pinch of turmeric, green chilli, red chilli powder ,chopped garlic ,salt and black pepper. Let it cook for min on low flame .
Then add garam masala and cook it for more min .Green chicken is ready .
Knead the atta into dough and make rotis .
Note- Spinach paste - boil the water and blanch the spinach for to min and then dip blanched spinach in cold water or tap water so the cooking stops and then only grind it in a mixer.
