Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Roasted jeera powder 1/4 tsp
Aamchur powder 1/4 tsp
Daniya powder 1/4 tsp

Ghee 10g
Wheat flour 35g

Clean and grate the cauliflower , prepare chapati dough and allow it to rest for some time . Add g ghee in a nonstick pan , once the pan gets heated add chopped onions , green chillies and fry till golden brown . Add ginger garlic paste and sauté . Add the grated cauliflower and sauté for mins . Add all the masalas and salt and fry until oil gets separated . Let it cool for mins . Grate g cheese on to the prepared stuffing and mix . Roll the chapati dough half way and fill the prepared cauliflower stuffing . Cover and roll it . Fry it on tawa and serve hot with ghee
