Method

Step 1

Oat milk Chai - cup ( ml) Boil cup oat milk, cup water, /tbsp tea powder, inch ginger for mins. Add cardamom powder. Strain and add stevia as per taste. Lobia (Black-eye peas) - gm Soak black-eye peas for - hours. Pressure cook and strain to remove excess water. Add / tsp oil in a pan on medium heat, add the peas with salt and red chilli powder. Air-fried potatoes (no oil) - gm Cut potato into thin wedges. Mix salt, red chili powder and potatoes in a bowl and cook in air fryer at F for - mins. Keep stirring every few mins to avoid burning
