Jowar atta - 60 g
Green, yellow, red bellpeper
Mushroom
Baby corn
Onion
Oil - to cook veggies
Oregano
Chilly flakes
Crushed Black pepper
Salt - for taste
Mozzarella cheese - 25 g
Chicken / Paneer
Make a dough of jowar atta. add pinch of salt to it and water. Use butter paper to spread it evenly with fingers as per the thickness of base you wish to make.
Brush the pan with olive oil and put this thin jowar base on pan. Let it cook evenly on both sides until crispy.
Meanwhile, Sautee veggies on other pan. Add spices if you wish to make it spicy.
Now, Assemble the Veggies, Mozzarella cheese, Chicken / Paneer on Jowar Pizza base. Lastly add Oregano and chilly flakes as per the taste.
