Ingredients

Boiled eggs- 2

Corn flour- 10gm

All purpose flour/maida- 10gm

White vinegar- 10ml

Ginger- 10gm

Garlic - 10gm

Soy sauce - 15ml

Tomato ketchup, heinz - 30gm

Tomato- 20gm

Onion- 20gm

Capsicum- 20gm

Zero calorie sweetener- 3 to 4 tablets

Sesame seeds - 2 gm

Coriander - for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Boil the eggs, cool it down and peel it off. Then cut it into two halves

Step 2

For coating the eggs, take half amount of cornflour, maida, ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder and mix it well. Pat this on the boiled eggs and coat it well ( Have used % of the amount mentioned) in this stage

Step 3

Take a pan, add butter and let it get heated then saute the coated eggs until it’s golden brown on both the sides and keep it aside

Step 4

For sauce, take other half of cornflour, maida, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and sweetener and salt and whisk all well. Add water if required

Step 5

In a pan, add remaining butter and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute it until rawness disappears. Then add onion cubes and saute it well until it’s translucent

Step 6

Now add capsicum and tomato and let it get roasted for about minutes. Then add the prepared sauce mixture and let it simmer for minutes.

Step 7

Now, add the roasted boiled eggs and add water and let all simmer for about minutes.

Step 8

Garnish it with sesame seeds and coriander leaves. You may also use spring garlic/onion. Enjoy!😋
