Eggs 2
Bell pepper (of different colors) 1 cup sliced
Tomato 1/2 diced
Onion 1/2 diced
Butter 5 grams
Romanian lettuce 1/4 cup (chopped )
Salt
Red chili powder 1 pinch( for omelet )
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp (for vegetables)
Turmeric 2 pinch’s
Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
In a bowl add some salt, red chili powder,a pinch of turmeric,water and beat it
Now add eggs and beat it well and make an omelet
When you turn the omelet upside down to to cook other side then add cheese, and vegetables mix and fold it into half and serve
For vegetables mix take a pan heat and melt some better add all the diced vegetables and sauté it until all the vegetables becomes soft then add salt and red chili powder and sauté it a bit again for a minute when the vegetables cooked and well coated with chili powder switch of the flame take the vegetables mix a side and use it on omelet
I added fresh Romanian lettuce uncooked to enhance the taste
Also I added some tomato ketchup to embellish the dish
