Soak rice Add G oil in kadai Add chopped veggies(I used carrot n beans) Sauté and then add rice Add / tsp salt and mix well Fry for mins at low Add water and cover the lid Cook till water dries up
For paneer Add g oil Add diced ginger and sauté Add chopped onion and cook till it turns translucent Add bell pepper and mix well Add salt,schezwan chutney,secret Chinese sauce and mix well Add paneer and water as per gravy requirements Take a bowl,add tsp cornflour and water and add in the paneer Cook till gravy thickens Serve hot with fried rice
