Ingredients

coconut meat (fresh nariyal)- 75gm

mawa(khoya)home made- 40gm

pista- 5gm for garnish

green food colour 1 pinch (optional)

ghee-1-2drop

stevia as per your taste.

Method

Step 1

take fresh coconut meat remove the black part with knife.

Step 2

now cut small pieces of white part in a bowl.

Step 3

grind it to make shredded coconut

Step 4

take a pan add shredded coconut stir it - mints

Step 5

Add khoya(mawa) in it and food colour mix together

Step 6

Add stevia and stir it till the mixture is thick

Step 7

Now take a plate grease with drop of ghee

Step 8

pour this mixture in a plate and give a square shape of mixture set equally.garnish with pista

Step 9

cool the sweet in freezer and cut it in equal piece very carefully

Step 10

coconut barfi is ready to eat.
