Ingredients- 50 gms soya chunks, 100 gms paneer, hung curd 50 gms, sattu 10gms, tomato 1, onion 1, capsicum 1, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, mustard oil, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt according to taste
Recipe #FITTRMasterchef Boil soya chunks for - minutes adding salt in it. After boiling wash it - times (to get rid of it's smell😜)Now in a pan take paneer cubes (square pieces). Add boiled soya chunks, onion, tomato, capsicum. Now marinate it with hung curd, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, one tspn mustard oil, gms sattu, lemon juice and salt according to taste. Mix it will n let it rest for - hours in refrigerator... Now after - hours take it out from the refrigerator n in a pan heat ml mustard oil n cook it on slow flame. Keep the pan covered while it's cooking. Let it cook for - mins. (U can also grill it in otg).After it's done give it smoky flavor using charcol n ghee... Delicious soya paneer tikka is ready to relish😋🔥❤️ Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves .I served it with raw tomato chutney n some onion slices...
