To Soak soya chunks:- In a boiling hot water add salt and soya chunks for - mins.(before use squeeze all the water from the soya chunks).
Soak moong dal for hour.
Pre heat the air fryer at ° for mins.
Meanwhile, In a mixer grinder add soaked soya chunks, moong dal, green chillies, ginger, garlic, jeera powder, chaat masala, turmeric, coriander leaves, salt and grind it in a fine paste.
Make the tikki in a desired shape.
Air fried for - mins.
