Description Soya Pops - Protein Pack Snack Ingredients 50 gm Soya 2 medium sized boiled potatoes 1 boiled beetroot 3-4 spoon peas 3-4 spoon pomegranate (optional) 3-4 cubes of cheese 2-3spoon oats powder 1/4 spoon hing 1/2 spoon haldi powder 1 spoon red chilli powder 1 spoon amchur powder 1/2 spoon chaat masala 1/2 spoon sugar(optional) Salt to taste Bread crumbs for outer covering
Preparation Boil soya in water, cool it, squeeze it and grind it in mixture grinder Now in a big bowl mix soya, mashed potatoes, grated beetroot, peas and all spices Mix it properly then add pomegranate Now take a ball size mixture, flat it and put a piece of cheese in it, roll it in ball shape again Make all balls in same way as mentioned above Now make a thick paste of oats powder. Dip the ball in oats paste,then roll it in bread crumbs Do this step twice to coat it properly Heat appam pan, brush it with oil, place all the balls on it Cook it on slow flame from both sides till they turn golden Serve it with hot tea or chutney
