Ingredients

sabudana 100gm

peanut roasted 20gm

jeera powder 5gm

kashmiri red chilli 5gm

salt as per taste

for chutney dahi 20gm

mint 5gm

salt and green chilli as per taste

dhaniya nimbu and mirchi for garnish

Method

Step 1

wash sago well and soak for hrs ..do not overfill upto the sago to prevent mushy

Step 2

after hrs strain water

Step 3

grind peanut(coarse) add in sago

Step 4

add redchilli powder and zeera powder

Step 5

add salt

Step 6

milx well with ur hands

Step 7

make a patty according to ur size

Step 8

keep in airfryer degree Celsius for min

Step 9

after min flip the patty or wada

Step 10

check for crispyness u can keep for min more for more crisp

Step 11

for dahi chatni =mixer jar add dahi salt mirch and mint grind

Step 12

enjoy ur hot wada with chilled dahi chatni
