Butter 50 gm
Dried fig 75 gm
Curd 40 gm Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Milk 50 gm Condensed milk 80 gm (Thicken 200gm milk to 80 gm)
Baking soda 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Stevia ( as per the taste) (7 tsp)
Chop the figs & hydrate them in little hot water for an hour. Strain & keep aside. .Beat the butter & add curd , condensed milk,stevia & beat well. ( wet ingredients) .Sift all the dry ingredients in a bowl. ( Maida, Baking soda ,Baking powder& Cardamom powder ) .Pour the dry ingredients little by little in the wet ingredients & mix.. if required add gm of milk little by little. . Add the chopped figs in cut & fold method using spatula. The batter should be in thick consistency. .Bake at C for minutes.
