Ingredients

cottage cheese (paneer) - 250 grams

almonds - 25 grams

butter (amul) - 10 grams

whey protein blend - 1 scoop chocolate fudge flavor

water 75ml

Method

Step 1

Crush paneer in a bowl with hand or grinder. cut grams almonds into small pieces.

Step 2

Add whey protein in a shaker with ml water and shake well till it gets thick. Now add whey shake over the crushed paneer in the bowl. Pour slowly and mix well with spoon to get the thicker better.

Step 3

Preheat appam maker for minutes. Apply grams butter on appam pan thoroughly.

Step 4

Add better into the pan in selected sections. Do not add till full, oil will be coming out.

Step 5

Add half sliced almonds over the better on the pan and cover the lid for minutes.

Step 6

Open the lid and flip on other side of the better and cook for another minutes till it turns light brownish.

Step 7
