Ingredients

1. 4 Whole Eggs 2. 250 g Cauliflower cut into big florets 3. 50 gm capsicum sliced 4. 100 gm onion sliced 5. 100 gm tomato sliced 6. 5 gm Ghee 7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder 9. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 10. Salt to taste 11. Whole garam masalas - 1 bay leaf, 2 green cardamom, 4 whole black pepper, 4 cloves, 1 pc 1

Method

Step 1

Boil the eggs, make - slashes on them and marinate with a pinch of turmeric powder and kashmiri red chilli powder. Set aside. . Heat gm ghee in a deep kadai. Add whole garam masalas. . Add sliced onion and cook until golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes away. . Add capsicum and stir well. . Add all masalas in Ingredient no. along with salt to taste. Keep adding splash of hot water so that masalas don't stick to the pan. Saute for a minute. . Then add the Cauliflower florets. Mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for mins. No need to add more water. The veggies will release water and they will cook in it's own steam. Stir intermittently. . After mins add sliced tomatoes and again cover and cook on low flame until all veggies are soft and cooked. Stir intermittently. . Check salt. Then add the eggs and mix well. Cook for mins. . Lastly add garam masala and mix well. Cover and turn off the flame. . Enjoy with Steamed rice or hot chapatis!
