30 gms 70% Dark chocolate (i used zevic ) 60 gms Coconut cream 55 gms almond flour 20 gms coconut flour 10 gms coco powder (unsweetened) a pinch of baking powder 1/4 + 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp xanthum gum 30 ml coconut oil 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 30 ml skimmed milk (if mixture seems too dry) sweetner as per taste
Grease a square or round cake tin with coconut oil and line it with parchment paper. Set aside . . Preheat oven at °© for minutes. . In a bowl on double boiler melt chocolate , add coconut oil to it ,mix and take it off flame , let it come to room temperature. . In another bowl add coconut flour, almond flour, coco powder , baking powder , baking soda , xanthum gum and mix all well. . Add dry ingredients to chocolate mixture slowly and fold in, dont over mix. . Add coconut cream , milk to it , give a quick mix and pour this batter into greased lined tin. . Bake it in the oven for - minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Every oven is different so plj check for the time as per your oven. . Take the tin out of the oven , let the brownie cools down in tin and then demould and cut into square.
