2 egg white
10 gram oil
20 gm paneer
veggies 50 grams
Put cooker on stove(burn the stove) and add gm oil.
Add cumin, bay leaf, cloves, black cardamon & cardamom and saute it for minutes.
Add a medium size chopped onion, when onions turns translucent then add ginger garlic paste. Saute it fir - minutes.
Now add all the veggies, soya chunks and fry it for minutes and then add all the basic spices (turmeric and all) , stir and keep it for minute.
Then add paneer cubes, tomatoes,egg whites and after minute add soaked rice( soak for - minutes)
Add water and salt as requisite and give whistles. Your egg tehri is ready.
