Ingredients

3 Whole Eggs boiled

100 gm Rice (long grain)

3 green chillies

80 gm onion slices

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Whole spice (cinammon, clove, cardamom, star anise, cumin seeds)

Dry spices ( Chilly powder, turmeric, corriander powder, garam masala)

20 gm Fresh corriander- mint

12 gm oil

25 gm yoghurt

Method

Step 1

Pre soak rice with double the water for - mins.

Step 2

In a pot/ cooker add about - gm oil. Let it warm add in whole spices. Than the ginger garlic paste saute till the raw smell goes away.

Step 3

Next add in onions and chillies saute till soft. Now add in the mint and corriander leaves along with spice powder saute. Add yoghurt water mix next add in soaked rice and pressure cook till done.

Step 4

In a seperate pan add - gm oil and make slits into the boiled eggs / cut them into half fry along with a little salt , mint leaves and chilly powder.

Step 5

Serve the masala rice topped with fried boiled eggs on top.
