Spring onion- 100 g
Eggs -2
Tomato-50 g
Salt
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Oil /ghee / butter -5 g
Onion-50 g ( optional)
Black pepper powder
Clean and chop spring onions
Heat oil in nonstick pan and add onion to it
Sauté it till lightly brown Keep stirring
Add tomatoes, sauté till mushy Then add spring onion and salt Keep stirring
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder
Make the spring onion mixture top flat with the help of spatula
Make two wells or small depressions in it
Break and add two eggs in these
Cover with lid and cook on slow flame
Sprinkle some black pepper powder,chopped corriander or spring onion leaves Enjoyyyy
