baby corn (8)
capsicum (1 small)
onion & tomato (each 2 small)
unrefined oil (1tsp)
grated coconut (1tbsp)
garam masala 1tsp
boiled chana (40gm) or 0.25 cup
curd - 3tbsp
chop all veggies as per your choice
boil chana (% cooked)
make paste of onion and tomato
heat pan and add oil
add few curry leaves
add tomato onion paste
if required add ginger garlic paste (tsp)
cook let the raw smell leaves from tomatoes and onion paste
add chana and cook for - mins
add baby corn cook for - mins
add capsicum and salt, chilli powder and cook closed lid for mins
add garam masala
lower the heat & add curd mix well and cook for mins and let it rest inside hot pan (post turning off flame) for some mins
