Onion (50gm)
Tomato(30gm)
Amul cheese cube (1)
Bread (optional, as i haven’t included calories and macros for the same in my dish but i have included them in my diet)
Ghee
Chop Dudhi finely, boil it and make sure your are mashing it after boiling to give Bharta feel and look to the dish
Take Ghee in hot pan, add ginger garlic paste ( optional, but this surely enhances the taste), add finely chopped onion and tomato. Add Salt, Chilli powder, pinch of turmeric, Garam masala, pinch of raw mango powder(amchur)
Add Dudhi and half cup water, cover it with lid. let it cook for - mins
Once done, just add pinch of pav bhaji masala in the end and you can serve it with bread(optional)
