Dosa batter (home made or any ready brand) 1 bowl
Cut vegetables (I used a mixture of cabbage, coriander leaves, capsicum, onion, tomatoes) 100gms
Low fat cheese slices 3
Pizza seasoning powder as per taste
Oil any preferred oil (never included the cals of oil here as I used a non stick pan in simmer flame)
Smear your preheated non stick pan with the oil of your preference. . Pour the batter and smear it round till it is flat and uniform. . Spread the finely chopped veggies on top. Make sure you don't load the corners of the dosa more with the veggies to avoid spill. Simmer the flame at this point. . Quickly sprinkle some pizza seasoning powder on top, and put the cheese slices on top and sprinkle more seasoning on top of the cheese. Pour oil at this point if you prefer. . Cover it for about a few seconds. . After about to seconds, the dosa will be done. You can remove from the pan and serve. . A delicious Italian dosa is ready for you to enjoy.
