Chicken Breast( Boneless) -400gm
Olive oil -15 gm
mustard Sauce- 10gm
Vegetables Onion -100gm Tomato-60gm Broccoli-40gm Iceberg Lettuce-100gm Cucumber - 100gm ( Can add bell pepper, zucchini, Capsicum and other veggies as well as per taste)
Half cut Lemon Juice, 1 table spoon Oregano, 1 gm Finely chopped Garlic , Black pepper, Turmeric and Salt as per taste
Preparing the Dressing Combine olive oil(gm), dried oregano, lemon juice (you can add red wine vinegar as well) and crushed or finely chopped garlic. Season it with a pinch of salt and pepper. Also prepare the Broccoli by cooking it inside boiled water for - minutes.
Preparing and Cooking the Chicken. Marinate the chicken pieces using half of the dressing for about minutes and put a little bit of Turmeric powder to add the Indian touch Saute the Marinated chicken using remaining ml of Olive oil in high flame for minutes.
Assembling the Salad Use a large Bowl or platter and mix all the cut vegetables i.e.(Onion,Tomato,Cucumber,Lettuce and others) , boiled Broccoli and the remaining dressing into the plate along with the cooked chicken and the mustard sauce as well. Bon Appetite
