Ingredients

For Samosa dough: All Purpose flour 100gm Defatted Soya Flour 100gm Oil or ghee 10ml Ajwain 1tsp Salt as per taste For Stuffing: Boiled Potatoes 250gm Oil 5g Mustard seeds 1tsp Dhaniya powder 2tsp Red chilli powder 2tsp Haldi powder 1tsp Salt as per taste Garam masala 1tsp Amchur powder 1tsp Jeera powder 1tsp Fresh coriander 2tsp Cashews chopped 5g (Optional) Raisins 5g (Optional)

Method

Step 1

Procedure: ) Mix all the ingredients of dough and make a smooth and little stiff than chapati dough. Cover it and let it rest for - minutes. ) Meanwhile in a kadhai heat oil or ghee and roast cashews till light brown. Transfer them to a plate. This step is completely optional. ) Now add mustard seeds to the hot oil and after it splutters, add boiled potatoes along with all the spices. ) Finally add cashews and raisins and mix all the stuffing for - minutes. ) Transfer the stuffing to a plate and let it cool. ) Now knead the samosa dough once again and divide it equally into small balls. ) Take one ball and roll it thin and divide it into two semicircles. ) Now put the stuffing in the centre of one part and give it a samosa shape and seal the edges with water. ) Make all the samosas in the same way. With this ratio you can easily make - samosas of medium size. Size can be according to your preference. ) Now put the samosas in airfryer at - degree celsius and brush them with little oil for - minutes. Check them in between and once golden brown remove it from airfryer. ) Your crispy samosas are ready to eat. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Tips: ) You can replace defatted soya flour with finely grounded chunks powder. ) You can replace potato stuffing with mix vegetable stuffing to make chinese samosas.
