Fennel seeds. 1/8 teaspoon 10. Turmeric. 1/8 teaspoon 11. Coarse pepper. 1/2 teaspoon 12. Garam masala. 1/8 teaspoon
MIXED VEGETABLES WITH MUTTON GRAVY Step . Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds and allow it to sputter. Then add onion sauté well and add tomato let it cook , mash it well. Step. After that, Add mixed vegetables, mutton, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt and coarse pepper to it. Close with lid and Allow it to cook in medium flame for to minutes. Step. Next add homemade chilli powder and cup of Water to it. Let it boil to get thicker stage. Finally add garam masala and turn off the stove. Serve with rice or chapati.
