Ingredients

Sabut urad dal- 35gm

Rajma- 15gm

onion-25gm

tomato-40gm

oil-5ml

spices-salt, red chilly, turmeric, coriander powder,kasoori methe

garlic-2-3 clove

Curd-1spoon (optional) for garnish

Method

Step 1

Soak dal and rajma together over night

Step 2

boiled dal and rajma in pressure cooker for - vessel

Step 3

take a pan add ghee in it and hot it

Step 4

Add onion and garlic and saute it till golden brown

Step 5

Add tomato and stir it

Step 6

Now add all the spices according to your taste

Step 7

Add little bit of water and cover it with plate

Step 8

Now add boiled dal and rajma and cooked for mints

Step 9

Dal makhni is ready to serve hot and garnish with curd
