Whole wheat medium size roti/chapathi/pulka/tortilla- 2
Yogurt 50grams
Ketchup 20 grams
Ginger chopped 1/2 tsp
Salt
Italian herbs 1 tsp
Spring leafs (one can take spinach/ any other leaf vegetables) 2 cups
Raw Chana dal - 50grams
Pepper powder- 1 pinch
Medium Onion - 1/2 (sliced)
Ghee -10 grams
Cook chana dal in a pressure cooker and make sure it should be cooked well but should not be mashed in consistency
Also take a hot pan add some ghee ( which was remaining from making roti)
Add the washed and chopped leafs to the pan fry it until it becomes dry and oozes out oil then add salt, cooked dal, all the herbs mix it and keep it a side
Now take a small bowl take yogurt in to it and add some salt ( very little for we have salt in leafs mixture and also in roti)
Add finely chopped ginger and pepper powder mix it well make it like a paste
Now take a plate place the roti on a flat plate now arrange the slices of onion on the roti after that dal and leaf mix on top of that our home made yogurt dressing on top of it tomato ketchup
Roll it and make sure you pack it well and eat it. I felt heavenly when Iโm having it for dinner last night after gym ๐
