Soya Flour -40 gms
Wheat Flour -30gms
Any Daal or Combi Daal - 70 gms - I took Moong and Toor daal in equal portion
Curd -20 gms optional
Onion - 100gms or as per macros
Ghee -15 ml or as per macros
Basic Ingredients for Daal fry - garlic, ginger, green chillies, Powder red chilli, turmeric, garam Masala, Hing, Salt, Ajwayein and Husk -4gms (optional)
Sieve both the Flour and add Curd, Husk, Ajwayein n salt
Make a tight dough with warm water - Keep aside
Take a Kadai or cooker - Add washed Daal with times water, little salt n turmeric. Keep it for boiling
Make big n slightly thick Chapaties from dough and cut them to desired shape - i had cut them to Katali shape for ease
Once the Daal gave first boil - add the cut pieces of rolled chapaties into it for boiling along
Let both of them boil together on semi flame till pieces of chapaties are bolied properly n hv absorbed the taste of daal
In separate Pan, make tadka from onion masala
Once daal is boiled - pour the tadka into it and let it Shimmer on slow flame for - mins.
Ready to serve hot - this makes for people. So macros are mentioned as half here
