All purpose flour : 30gms
Ready Custard :25gms( i have used ALPRO PLANT BASED SOYA CUSTARD)
Orange juice :50ml
Ghee/oil :3gms
Stevia as per taste
Vanilla essence : 2 drops
Grated Orange zest
Baking powder :1/4 tsp
Almond flakes : 2gms (optional) for presentation
STEPS: . Take mug/bowl which is microwaveable . Add all purpose flour,baking powder,orange juice , oil/ghee,stevia and mix well without any lumps . Add custard and vanilla essence and mix well without any lumps again, add some grated orange zest and save some for presentation . Microwave it upto min ( i keep checking every seconds so that i dont over do it)(just keep an eye . Once your cake is ready drizzle some left over orange zest and almonds and enjoy your spongy soft cake 😋
