Palak - 1 big bunch
Paneer - 150g
Onion - 100 g
Green peas - 40 g
Tomatoes- 150g
Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
Ginger - small piece about 1/2 inch
Green chilies- 2
Haldi powder- 1/4 th tsp
Roasted jeera powder - 1 tsp
Kitchen king - 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Oil - 25 g
Salt to taste
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Boil palak leaves in water till it changes color
Remove the palak from stove and put through a sieve and run cold water on it.
Meanwhile boil the green peas
Make paste of onion, ginger, garlic, chili and keep aside Make tomato and paneer (g) paste in mixer and keep aside
Now make palak purée and keep aside
Heat oil in a vessel and add jeera and chilies, then add onion paste and sauté for / minute
add tomato and paneer paste answer sauté
add all the spices and salt except jeera powder
Add the palak purée and stir, then add jeera powder and green peas and stir well
Serve hot with paneer garnishing(g)
